Not been much movement on here of late...We haven't seen much of each other since we stopped racing outdoors, the indoor venue never materialised so some of you may think the club has fallen apart - this is not the case - this is just a quick note to keep you all 'in the loop'.
There has been a small change (some might think it a big change) in leadership of the club and consequentially a deviation in direction. We have had a shufty about and are in negoitation with potential places to race indoors for the winter, acquiring some decent carpet etc, etc, You racers haven't been forgotten, it's just been difficult to source anywhere to home us. All I can say at the moment is 'watch this space' we may have some good news early in 2013.
Seeing as it's nearly upon us can I take this opportunity of wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Next week could be an issue for me....spending New Years on a ship in the Caribbean!

Hopefully we will be back up and running soon Tuesday nights just aren't the same at the minute.
Hope everyone is well and that everyone has a new Christmas and happy new year.
Would love to get together for Christmas drink but not sure the mrs would be too impressed. Already racing on the 29th and 30th. |
