Another fantastic evening weather-wise on Tuesday 14th, the 1/10th track is in fine fettle - the carpark bone dry.
Any reason why no-one seems to be turning up to enjoy the facilities?
It would be nice to find out why numbers are so low. If you're a member and NOT turning out on a Tuesday club night could you let us what it is that's keeping you away. If it's a personal reason then just say it is, no need to elaborate - if it's something within the club's power to change please let us know.
It's like so many things nowadays, if we don't maintain support we could lose the facility all together.. |

As of this week 14/05/13 we are back racing at the outdoor track every Tuesday evening. Gates open about 5.30 - 6ish and racing starts as close to 7pm as possible. Please spread the work, the track has had many improvements over the winter as is now much smoother and drains better. Look forward to seeing you all there! |

It's an Aye from me too, agree with the above, might not be able to make them all so a rota will be needed for RD duties but at least I may be able to get my lad racing, or at least bashing on the 8th track.
We don't have much of a choice so lets give it a go  |

I'm 50/50 as I work nearly every weekend but it would mean more racing time due to light |

I'm in for Saturdays....similarly limited as is Robbie, work rotas etc., it's better than no racing at all! |

So are we going to run club night on Saturday afternoons from next week to give us a week to spread the word? If so lets get it on Oople as it seems to be the place to be? |

Saturdays arn't designed to compete or be a winter series the intention is that they are a replacement for a Tuesday night through the winter or at least until we have a definite yes or no on the indoor venue. Being a Saturday afternoon my also help attract some more kids to racing.
Again this is the delay with the winter series, we have the dates as discussed but we just don't know if it's indoors or outdoors until we have a definitve answer... |
