As should be only any hobby forum - Hints and tips.
Any idea that makes the hobby easier, recycles items or is just an excuse for having stored something for years knowing that eventually you would find a use for it......
My first items are:
Blue Ikea bag - made of cheap blue plastic with straps - perfect size for a 1/8th buggy - stuck the kit box in the bottom and buggy drops in - keeps boot clean and easier to carry.
CD-r cases- at work we buy blank discs by the 100 on a spindle, the cover for which is the same diameter as buggy wheels - keeps them sorted in your pit box.
Most peolple probably use this but GT85 silicone spray great for keeping your buggy's and truggy's clean.I use MUCKOFF mountainbike cleaner then jetwash it off,blow the water off with an airline then spray GT85 all over it comes up like new everytime,and keeps the bearings lubricated....
Another one to do with electrics...I never use rechargables in my handset as they are nearly all 1.2volt a cell so you dont get a full 12volts (8x1.2nicads,8x1.5 duracell)....
