Barkston Heath - no 'e' Bearing in mind I've been promising to go again every year for the last 15, I haven't made it yet. I know a few that always go, their information is that Mondays are finals day and as regards 'show bargains' from the trade stalls - take cash, they don't like reloading their vans so if they can sell they will - if there's anything left... try this for more info http://www.bmfa.org/nationals/index.html |

Big 'might' reg, friend's daughters wedding on Saturday, 'see them off' barbeque on Sunday PLUS, and more importantly, the first round of our own challenge down at A1R - there's a doubt if I make that. Monday ? probably working....enjoy it, take cash - always a bargain for cash... |

i followed a chap with some planes in and ended up parking with all the competetors and didnt have to pay, yeha or so i thought,a asked one of them where the ic planes were as all the planes i could see were gliders,he looked at me a bit funny(think he was from grantham)and he said they are at barkston heath,i had followed this chap to his local flying club hhhhhhaaaaaaahhhhhhhaaaaaa,so i made a sharp exit and ended up at the right place,it was realy good,i think i will go on the monday next year as the better stuff is there, but i had a great time,i found Ben wondering round the burger van, there was a full sized spitfire doing some very low passes, all in all it was a very good day |

Hi Mark I have also got a Trex, bought a trex 450x for £40 still in kit form brand new, flies better than the mini pred but the tail is slower for some reason. Gonna sell the mini pred complete with all radio but no gyro or batteries! not sure what it is worth though? |

Sorry to hear that mate. Try adjusting the EPA first (Mine is set to 125% for fast tail response) You're probably aware that when adjusting EPA on the rudder channel only, it has nothing to do with the travel distance but actually alters the speed or resolution of the tail servo. The actual range of travel is adjusted at the gyro itself, and/or playing around with servo horn lengths. If that has no affect disconnect the gyro from CH4 on the receiver, plug the tail servo directly into the receiver CH4 and check for comparison speedwise....
