Its been chucking it down with rain in stamford most of the day and assume Gratham has had the same ........ Is the racing on tonight or is the ground around the track like a sticky swamp???

Rain stopped here about 3pm, so if we have no more rain then all will be ok.

Great stuff ...... I'll check here before setting off at 6pm to make sure nowts changed.

I think me and Vicky will bring a change of boots and a shovel to scrape the clay off.

Weather report from Tom, who works next door to the track,

The sun is currently shining at Gonerby Moor, the light rain stopped over an hour ago and there is a breeze blowing - conditions underfoot will probably be muddy - but the track WILL be drivable, albeit damp.

I'm racing tonight!
