3 of us coming across from Scunny tomorrow.
Me with ma Losi 8b, my nephew, Connor with his Hyper and my bud Steve with his 8e. Hoping to get there about 6 for some practice before the racing.
Not sure if Andy and the other Stokes's are coming or not, depends if they got there cars fixed up in time ;)
Cant wait for this, hope the weather holds out..... |

We had one 'eck of a storm this morning, the rain even work me up!
That was around 5am, now we have a beeeauuuutiful day with a light breeze, blue skies and sunshine - if it stays like this, the track will have had a nice wash down and be in great form having had the dust washed away...
I'll text the usual crowd* if there are any changes.
*the usual crowd are those who have let me have their mobile numbers - information and cancellations are sent by text, hopefully in time to save you a wasted trip |

We had the same storm up our way Phil. I woke up and thought "Typical, just flippin typical" but like you, we now have lovely sunshine and a light breeze.
Unless you tell me otherwise, Im leaving work at 4 :D |

Just wanted to say thanks for a great night and for making me and Connor feel so welcome.
I think pretty much everyone had their fair share of issues, but it was there was plenty of great racing on a fantastic track.
I reckon we should be down again around the 18th July all being well, but I'll have to wait and see.

I'll get the vid up just as soon as I get it edited together. To be honest, the onboard isnt that great, I dont think fitting it right on the nose was a good idea....talk about motion sickness!!
I've got one of the SC races to upload and a bunch of buggy racing to edit together too.
I'll let you know when its all done. |

Hi, is the club night on 6th July? I shalln't be racing but wondered if anyone could assist in running in a new engine? I can be down at the track early as i'm working in Grantham tomorrow so will happily walk the car park litter picking until the place fills up. What time are the gates open?
Chris - I need to renew my mebership, is it ok to do so tomorrow? |

Hi Andy, i am aiming to be at the track around 4pm tomorrow to get the litter/debris picking started early.
I'm definitely not an expert on nitro stuff but will help you as much as i can.

| Many thanks to everyone who helped me sort my new engine out and the advice. Its running like a dream (probably shouldnt have said that!!) will be back next week creating a mobile chicane for which i apologise in advance. |
