Out of a field of 24 2wd entries we fielded 9 drivers, with Phil Jenkinson, Jim Rastall and Chris Houghton making their first outing away from the comfort of the home track.
Rob Jaques topped the contingent coming home 4th overall after being the victim of some slow motion marshalling in the 3rd leg of the A final.
Phil "dark hourse" jenkinson finishing an extemly respectable 6th out of 24. With the Meccano chassis brace still holding on.
Rolf although being well on the pace had a frustrating day with tie rods popping off the Losi and had to settle for the C final.
Jim and Rolf came home with silverwear with Jim taking first place in the C final and Rolf following home second after what was quite a battle on the track.
