We are pleased to invite you to the A1 Racing Club annual General Meeting. This will take place on the 28th of November 2013 at the Muddle Go Nowhere Pub, just outside of Grantham.
The Annual General Meeting is a meeting where the club elect key roles and committee members, make decisions on membership fees and discuss any other business concerned with the club. This is a good opportunity for yourself to come and voice your opinions about the club, about how it is run and if you have any ideas that could improve the club.
The AGM will follow a set Agenda which will be as follows:
1. 2013 A1 racing club Report
2. Presentation of Accounts
3. Election Of club officials / Committee members
4. Membership and racing fees
5. Any Other Business
6. Setting Provisional Date of AGM 2014
The meeting will start at 7pm. The Venue address is as follows:
