right then follow the steps:

1. upload the image to something like photobucket.

2. The image will have a URL, for example:
http://www.a1racingclub.com/images/gallery/melton/thumbs/049.jpg

3. Use the "reply to topic" option not the "quick reply"

4. Set the format mode option to prompt.

5. When you are readly to insert the image in you message press the button on the editor that looks like a yellow square with an arrow topleft.

6. A promt will pop up asking for the URL.

7. type in the URL or copy and paste and that should be it.

An easier way is to upload using www.imageshack.us and copy & paste the second link it gives you.
