It has long been a bone of contention amongst attendees of A1Racing Club that there always seems to be a lack of direction and that no-one has been sure of who's responsible for what.
To help get ourselves better organised for the 2008 season, it has been suggested that we have a meeting on Sunday December 2ND after the morning racing - the date is far enough ahead to allow any interested parties to arrange attendance.
It will also allow time to submit WRITTEN suggestions (club business only!!) that they feel important to raise on the day. There will be a suggestion box down at the track (with paper and pens)or you can send me a PM via this site or post a reply to this announcement. It's being done this way to save time on the day - there will be an agenda on here before the meeting - but only a small 'any other business' section.
I won't accept anonymous notes or anything written on the back of cheques (cash I'll consider). so identify yourself please, that way if any of you duplicate requests or suggestions we can allow more emphasis on those points.
If you know any other A1R regulars that don't use this site please pass this message on as it concerns them too.

as we do not have a morning race meeting i am suggesting that we have meet at 10 am
If there is any intention of attending this meeting - please let us know - if there are any points you wish to raise please do so before the meeting as requested - this is for your benefit so as everyone knows what's what....
