Just thought with a few days to go....that I'd take the opportunity of wishing you all a Merry Christmas, with the hope that you and all your friends and family enjoy a peaceful, festive holiday.

Have a good Christmas everyone, and a happy new year. Can I just say, this was my first year RC racing, and Ive enjoyed every moment of it. Thanks to everyone who has helped me out over the year.

You know Tom, in all my years of being a member of various clubs, be they model car, model boat, real yacht clubs or whatever, I don't think I've know a more pleasant group as we have now - there seems to be little in the way of b**ching and back-biting and all the other things like that which spoil a club. No-one seems to have any hidden agenda of their own, except to turn up and mess about with model cars.
I'm glad you've enjoyed your first year, may it be only one of many - on reflection, the help you've received is just returns for the work and help you've given others, not only on race nights but down at Gonerby where you and the Jenkinsons did all that graft lifting the track. Thanks chaps.
