Well Chaps, it's been decided that we've been idle long enough and we need to get racing again.

This Tuesday evening (27th March) we are planning to go down to mark out a track and see if we can get Gonerby Moor off the ground - volunteers and interested parties are welcome, if you can bring wellies ,warm clothes, spades, bamboo stakes and string for marking out. Anyone got a long (30m) tape measure?

We'll meet around 1800 hours and see what we can do - look forward to seeing you there (and I suppose if you want to bring your buggy...you can have a little play)

We'll start Tuesday night and do what we can - that way hopefully by the next Tuesday we'll have some semblance of a track - come or don't come - but DO NOT knock those that are willing to have ago - besides what else do we do on Tuesdays?

No offence intended - the point I was trying to make was that the sooner we start doing something, the sooner we have a track - if it requires weekend working AS WELL then so be it - it's just that Tuesday was normally race night - and seeing as we're not racing, we might as well use that normally alloted time - Tomorrow was advertised as track building and not racing....And after it gets dark, we might go for a pint...if you have other arrangements, we won't hold that against you
