FROM WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THE TRACK WILL BE OPEN TO EVERYONE ON CERTAIN DAYS. BEN WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU MORE WHEN TRACK IS READY. ALSO IF YOU NEED ME TO OPEN THE GATES FOR YOU TO BRING SOME SLABS JUST PHONE ME AND I WILL POP DOWN  |

Just wondered if all this hard work you are putting in could be for nothing....ie the owner has a change of mind...

Yes, the land is being rented on a renewable lease, Ben's name is lead name on the lease, he was responsible for finding the land, obtaining the planning permission (and paying for it all) other names might be under discussion for the sake of continuity lest anything should happen.
Currently there are some niggling little points that need clarifying - one being use of the access road as it belongs to a third party as do the locks and gates that we pass through to access 'our' land. These are not serious, but for the sake of good relations with both the landlord, his agents and our neighbours, it would seem, for the moment, prudent to restrict access and 'bashing' until it is all 'put to bed'.

| i have also been told that no track building will be taking place on tuesday as we all should go to newark showground to help raise money for the club so they can get all equipment needed. and no bashing either |

finished off rostrum now it twice as big ,looks alot better than it did
pit area is finished looks great pats done a good job
