Well, the track seems to have become a hit - numbers although limited are showing the correct trends. Even with the recent rain, the attendance this evening (15th May) was good. only 14 raced - a few of the regulars turned up and didn't race (how do you spell WUSS)but stayed and marshalled and just enjoyed the evening. A few spectators that have come to see what's being run, there was a 'posse' from Nottingham running Truggies - I think we made them feel welcome and hopefully they'll be back.
Yes, the carpark was a bog and underfoot was a little muddy (yes I got my real car stuck in the mud )- but the track was good - needs a trim, apart from that it has weathered the rain well.
There is a Work party arranged for Saturday - come one, come all.
