I believe thats a micro servo so it wouldnt fit. YOu need to be looking at standard size servos for the blitz. I cant remember what Ive got in my truck except its a savox. Ill have a look next time i venture into the garage.

Hi Jake,

When looking at steering servos you need to realise that standard ones are usually fairly slow, an aftermarket upgrade will be a lot quicker, which will make the car very twitchy and hard to drive if you are not used to it.

Either way you need to be looking at servos with metal gears as they take more punishment and won't break as easy as a cheap plastic one, especially as you are new to racing.

As i said to you last night matey, before spending hundreds of pounds after a couple of weeks racing at the club, get used to driving what you have and put plenty of practice in, when your lap times are similar and you are not crashing as much then it will be worth upgrading your kit.

If you want me to do a few laps with your truck and have a look to make sure it drives straight and handles neutral then thats fine with me, then you just need lots of practice to get good.

Most of us at the club have been racing for 10 or more years and we still crash a fair amount.

Its not about having the fastest truck on the pit bench... Lewis wins that one hands down, his 4x4 truck that i was using last night is really fast but Phil can keep up with me with a slower car as its smoother to drive.

The multi charger is really good but unless you are racing more than one car at a meeting then its not really worth spending the extra as it only does the job of a single charger, Lewis has one as you saw and we both charge off it on club nights but it just means mine sits in its box rather than being used.

With lipos you can only charge at one rate, which means from empty they will always take around an hour to charge, you can't charge them any quicker as it is dangerous and may cause the battery to burst or catch fire.

We all give this advice because we all started the hobby the same way and you can be good at racing without spending lots of money, if you make your car too fast too soon it will take a long time to be able to drive it cleanly.
