Can anybody help me.
When I go in to the printer controls on my lap top and click to check ink levels it gets up to 12% then says 'unable to establish two - way communication with device'

Oh, it is a Hp deskjet 3050 WiFi thing

We uninstalled it all and then started from scratch but still no good.

you'll need the HP Scrubber utility to remove all drivers completely....

Drop them both in and I will sort it for you :)

The Hp got in there because Claire was eating a double bacon, sausage and mars bar butty close by. Well, she is pregnant!
