YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!!!
With the Emnorc falling as it has (bank holiday weekend) and the recent dry spell, the club needs help getting the track maintainence done ready for this Sunday's event.
Many of the more regular 'workers' are away on pre booked holidays / family events etc and won't be able to help or even race on the Sunday.
Would it be possible if any of you are free, to lend a hand on Saturday Morning 24th May- to help wet down and roll the track and other miscellaneous jobs that need doing - and if so bring a yard broom, shovel and any other equipment. |

| I went down this evening and i have dug 3 drainage pitts approx 3' X 5' X 6' deep and spread the clay over the hairpin corner and i have dug out the main straight in fill and spread that on the main straight. I have put 3 sheets of exterior grade 19mm board to cover the pitts which will need a bit of work and there is a bit of earth still to shift. After a good tidy up and a jolly good roll the track will be ready for action but we need a splash of rain and a dollop of boddies to help on Sat am. Work will begin at about 08.00 and we will only have the roller until about 11.00 which should be enough. |

Ian, you are undoubtedly a prince amongst men! Well Done... hope you've left a slot round the edges for water to get under.
weather reports vary but there is some showery weather coming so water might not be such an issue...Sorry I won't be there but I fly out on holiday for 10 days - a postponed event from last September, hope it all goes well over the weekend guys. |

| Shall we have a meeting at the track to discuss what we need to do to make our track the best in the area. We need to have some kind of plan and an idea of where we want to be by the end of the year! |

| Fine by me, where and when - easiest is Tuesday evening BEFORE racing, it stays light until 9:30...or do you want to make it a social evevning at another time? |
