Good video Joe. As for the jumps the only one I see a problem with is the step up after the big banked corner, however It could just be me :-D
Cue crude diagram

I thought the first small jump would either carry you up and onto the downslope of the 2nd hump, like the green dotted line, OR if you can get a good run out of the banked corner, clear the complete thing like the red dotted line?? Obviously Ive not driven the track yet, so input from those who have would be interesting as it may be absolutely fine, I just noticed that alot of cars were hitting the 2nd hump, however sometimes it was ok.

Hmmmm - I am beginning to wish I had purchased, vehicle wise, something a little cheaper to maintain
It's a bit of a car breaker |

Smog, you talking 1/8th or 1/1 ?
There are a few minor problems - but to be fair, it really needs someone a bit better than us to decide and advise.
I broke a shock shaft last night but the set-up on my current Hyper 7 has never really been changed since the day it came out of the box (after Carl broke my last one!). For our outdoor track, I think with the jumps as they are, you will need hardish springs and quite a lot of travel to absorb the landings. The practice to adjust your 'flight attitude' will also be important. The newer chaps have never had big jumps where you got much 'air-time' - and I still need lots of practice!
I don't regard myself as an aggressive driver - so attacking 'full bore' with the intention of clearing multiple is not within my scope. Hence my one attempt to clear the triples ended up with me hitting the second jump head on and sustaining damage. Normally I would take each jump seperately and try and catch up on the flat bits!
It's like we've always said - we do 'off-road' nitro, it's not designed to be smooth and easy. |

J James try entering the 8th 09 at your track and see if home advantage works for you lol.....personally i think you will be left standing...track looks ok some of those jumps still need reshaping from what you can see on the vid |

I agree, I think they do need a bit of a reshape, they are a little too agressive. Wimp or no wimp, I don't wanna be constantly forking out for new bits for the car. It will put me right off racing I am affraid. No track in the past that I've raced upon, and I have a few under my belt, has been as agressive as this one. I realise, before you all take the ****, that it's an off road track but there is off road and there is very off road :) and this at the moment is VVVery off road :) I think it will put a few off using it.
Que the flack ;) |

No flack Smog. The last thing we want is a car breaker, and the last thing we will have is a car breaker.
All valid pints so far.
Having watched the video and the cars on the track I would say we need to do the following:
First jump after the large banked corner is fine, and drives well.
Second "cheese wedge" also fine, this has two possible lines and works well.
90 degree table top is also spot on especially now the approach ramp has had the step taken out.
Fist jump on the back straigt is good but could probably do with a little less steep approach.
Second table top on the back straight is also good but needs the top leading lip profiling to stop it throwing the cars up. (remember this is an obsticle and not a jump is designed to be driven).
Tripples, I would say at the momenent are still to steep and pointy and basically need flattening out a little.
Double after the tripples was designed to be cleared in one go almost like a takeoff and landinf ramp. But I would say it just doesn't work. Remove the second if the two and move it so it is in line with the first on the other part of the track that runs next to it, same as we had on the old track. Flatten both and make more rounded.

Agree with most of that chris.
The tripples need changing deffinately.
I jumped the double ok twice last night so think if the triples are sorted you will be ok for the double.
I had problems on several laps with the last corner and rolling the car, it could just be down to the overlap positions but think it needs looking at. |

I dont think the last corner has been pegged yet, but from what I saw it looks like grip roll was causing the cars to roll |
